Mail permits
ON-CARDs are approved for mailing at the Mid-Florida District Business Mail Acceptance Unit. Customers may use their own Mail Permit if the permit was opened at the USPS Palm Beach BMC only.
Postal rates
ON-CARDs are approved for mailing at the automation, presorted or single-piece First-Class Mail rate of postage or the automation or presorted, Standard Mail rate of postage.
Return address
All cards are mailed with ON-CARDs return address.
