Timeliness
Campaigns move like clockwork for clients who provide all the elements up front and on time. Delays only cause frustration for everyone involved and can be quite costly to your company.
According to spec
Unless we are providing graphic design or list processing services it is up to you to provide all files according to ON-CARD specifications. Doing so, will save you clean-up fees and delays in processing your order.
Order form and payment
We begin work when we receive both your signed order form and your payment in full. Your order is placed on hold if we are waiting on you for proof approval, art work or mailing list(s) according to Art Specs or List Specs.
