Turnaround

Work begins upon receipt of signed order form, deposit, artwork and list. Orders up to 100,000 cards usually ship within 3 - 5 business days of proof approval but can vary according to our production schedule. Orders up to one million can ship within two weeks depending upon our production schedule. Your target mail date will be confirmed when we receive your complete order.

Step 1: We confirm art and list files meet our specifications.

Step 2: Graphic proofs* are emailed 2 - 3 days prior to production date.
Step 3: Postage receipts (orders over 20k) are emailed 1 day after mail date.
Step 4: Samples are mailed to you 3 days after campaign mail date.

 

*Press proofs ($500 up to 25 proofs) are sent 1 day prior to scheduled production date via FedEx. Press proof scans ($200 up to 25/proofs) are e-mailed on the production day and help to speed up your order.
